Wonderful

It is close to the terminal and 15 min walks away from the centre. Personel was nice and helpful. Breakfast has options. The room was big enough. WiFi was great.

The noise was coming from the street. Air con was a bit loud.

Overall stay is good and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The staff are nice and friendly.

The signal and Internet connection are poor. Maybe because of the weather. Free wifi is a struggle. You can connect to the wifi (even if the signal is poor) but every time mag screen lock ang phone you need to reconnect again to their wifi using their voucher.

Great stay

Room was a good size and clean. Great hot water. Friendly staff. Good location!

Bathroom had a bit of a smell.. no worries just keep the door shut. Wifi didn’t reach my room, only communal areas, which is annoying because I read in one of their question replies that the rooms do have wifi.

A comfortable and relaxing stay

The staff here are fantastic, always willing to go above and beyond and do it with a smile. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and all other facilities we're fine. Breakfast was very adequate for us, lots of selections and various juices. The location is ideal for those who do not want to be directly in town but still want access, as the walk is within 10 mins.

Very minor, but we did not have any views from our room unfortunately, but assume this is pot luck at times. Wifi was a tad patchy and mobile data was non existent.

Great base for exploring El Nido

Lovely hotel with good breakfast selection and very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed our time here and found it cleaner and more modern than other places. The staff were lovely and let us store our luggage before and after our stay and arranged a scooter for us very quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, especially in one of the new rooms under construction which look nice

It’s a little walk outside the centre but this was fine for us. The bathroom/shower is a little small but still fine.

located next to the busstation but basic accomodation which is overpriced

located next to the bus station, staff friendly

airconditioning is unbearable noisy, breakfast is very basic and the rice dishes are served cold (pancakes get freshly baked and are good) bathroom is very small and no separate shower so everything gets wet when taking a shower. water from the tap was brown

Cheap place to stay when you're on the go

It's a cheap place so don't expect much from it! Staff is lovely and friendly but that's about it.

no room service we stayed for 6 night and no room service one time we asked for and no one came to clean our room, for 2 days came to knock our door in early morning to eat breakfast and we didn’t even order or wanted .
